The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has announced a job opportunity for qualified Nigerians to apply for the position of Director, Independent Evaluation Office, at the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) in Nairobi, Kenya.
This high-level D-1 position is located at the UNFPA Headquarters in Nairobi. According to the UNFPA Secretariat, “The Office of Independent Evaluation operates independently within the Fund to ensure impartiality and objectivity of its evaluations.” The office is tasked with overseeing the evaluation of UNFPA policies as approved by the Executive Board.
Applicants are encouraged to have strong leadership and evaluation experience. The Ministry stated that detailed information is available on the UNFPA website at www.unfpa.org.
